- Location and accessibility
- Safety pin removal, replace and properly seal
- Visible operating instructions
- Pressure gauge reading or fullness (weight or heft)
- 5 year hydrostatic test
- 6 year maintenance (dry chemical)
- CO2 hose-conductivity test
- DOT labels in place
- NFPA labels in place
- Proper extinguisher for hazard
