of detailed paperwork to facilitate authorization to participate
in the voluntary replacement program.

Fire Protection Management
Database Services
Eagle Fire presently maintains an extensive database on all
of our existing customers. This database includes specific
information about your sprinkler and fire alarm systems that
we utilize in performing inspections, functional testing and
maintenance of these systems. Some of the information is as
follows:
- Location of property to be inspected with directions
- Manufacturer, make, model, size and type of sprinkler
system valves
- Manufacturer, make, model of your fire alarm system
- Inspection routines and schedules
- Individual record of inspections, service calls (routine,
emergency and phone support)
- Electronic technician database containing specific details
about your system which are needed to perform inspections
and/or repairs
- 5 year maintenance records
- 4 year battery replacement dates
- Date of last sensitivity test of smoke detectors
and much more…….! We currently do not have the
manufacturer, make, model or type of sprinkler head installed
in your building or facility in this database. If you would
